User failed to accept number of files in the submitted area and now after 30 days they are gone from the submitted files can we recover them?
Summary/JIRA Heading: Purge/Cleanup module, backup function of files in submitted file area after expiration to the ichannel\backup folder.
Reporting Environment, Future version such as 4.0 unless you want to make a 3.2.3 then please include it.
Current State: The files that are backed up from the portal server (submitted files) after they have past the purge days parameter and are backed up to the ichannel\backup folder on the ichannel server need a method to clean them up otherwise they will continue to grow and eat up disk space. Alex Carruthers has requested it and it would be good for all clients.
Expected State: What is the expected behavior after implementing the enhancement?
UI design/Wireframes: A parameter in the appsettings.config that controls how many days the files are to be retained in the \ichannel\backup folders and then deleted once that number of days has passed per file date.
Business Requirement/Justification: What benefits will be gained once moved to the expected state? Keep disk space from growing out of control by keeping files forever.
