Dashboard My Tasks default to me instead of first person in list when pool is empty

I typically monitor one of the "review pools" that are setup for projects/tasks.

The pools are setup to disappear when nothing is currently assigned to them (which is good).

But when I go back to my dashboard, the My Tasks section currently defaults to the first person in the list, Abentroth, Matthew, instead of going to me.
