Create Ichannel printer object, to allow moving docs to Ichannel

We had a request for an iChannel printer. The end user would like to be able to select the printer from Word, Excel, or PDF in order to efficiently move the document into iChannel. "Print to Ichannel" or "Move to Ichannel"
