The general tax team and Tax team 301 are shifting to sending clients specific upload links to reduce document management isseus with things going to Sharefile, IChannel, SH portal, etc.
Is it is possible for the default text to display on the permanent link IChannel produces to look nicer and have a default display text of: Please upload documents securely to REFERENCE CLIENT NAME AND ID? Shawn has shared with me that we are a major client of Conarc, so I thought they may be willing to customize this for us which could save the CL and admin team a few clicks when sending links to clients.
