Ability to send link to document or entity to subscribers

It would be nice to able to copy the web address and email to a coworker so that they were able to pull up the same entity or contact screen that I had up in iChannel. Same with sending a document - instead of sending a document to zip file and adding to an email (which takes up inbox space) or sending a link to a file (that requires download), it would be nice to send a web address that automatically opened a file for someone (the original file - so that all updates were made in the same file even if document sent to group).
