Display file expiration date in history when file is published to portal.

When a file gets published to a portal, it would be nice if the file expiration date was shown in the file history entry at the time of publishing. Likewise it would be nice if an entry was created in the file history when the file drops out of the portal. Currently I'm not seeing any of this information in the document history so it either isn't working, or is not currently available.
