In a client’s file area, she used to be able to sort the screen by more than one column. For instance, she could sort by document type, and then sort by year, without applying any filters. This seemed strange to me as I’ve always only been able to sort by one column at a time. Is this possible and I just didn’t know about it? She said it was extremely useful to her and now she is struggling to organize the information in the file area. I let her know I would find out more!
